Hot Wheels Custom White Toner Universal WaterSlide Decal 1/64 Scale These universal waterslide decals have white toner layer underneath color so they work over any color on any car!No need to clear coat before installing but you can but not recommended.Note: Sample cars NOT included with orders. Use sharp scissors or blade2) Float on water for 3 to 10 seconds3) Lightly wet area where decal will be placed so it can slide around easily4) Transfer decal from blue decal paper onto car with soft brush or finger5) Position as needed with brush, finger, or very gently with smooth toothpick 6) Absorb excess water with dry brush.
